The guys try to welcome Teddy as best as they can but he clearly refuses their support and affection. Michael fails to understand his best friend's attitude whereas resentful Emmet is the only one who doesn't want to forgive his ex. Besides, he can't accept the fact that Lindsay, Mel and Mikey are all being so thoughtful and caring for the person who hurt him so much and refuses to join them at Rigoletto's for dinner. Ted isn’t exactly enthusiastic about his friends' surprise at the restaurant and behaves very badly.
Brian will have a word with Emmet eventually to make him change his attitude if he doesn't want to lose Michael too.
Heterosexual Daphne is not allowed to attend the Pink Posse's meeting because of her sexual orientation. Despite the fact that he doesn't approve of this strict "rule", Justin is determined to cooperate with Cody and "fight back", ready to sacrifice his hair by shaving it off. Jennifer and Brian are worried about him as they fear he might get into trouble by patrolling the streets against homophobes.
Despite all Vic and Rodney's efforts to have some privacy at Debbie's, she doesn't seem to understand. This is the right time for them to get a place of their own and let her know about it. Michael gives his support and understanding to his uncle.
Eventually Jennifer finds the right building for Brian's Kinnetik. Kinney looks enthustiastic and thankful.
