Brian refuses to help Linz organise "The Gay and Lesbian Center Carnival"; when he eventually changes his mind, he asks for the 20% of the proceeds. Thanks to Linz's persuasive words, the committee finally accept Brian's offer.

Brian asks Justin to draw the poster for the Carnival; he will be rewarded 500 $. Although Sunshine tries to reassure his boyfriend, Ethan thinks that Brian is only trying to take him back.

After a small operation Mel can now get pregnant and give birth. Linz wants Brian to be the sperm donor, unlike Mel, who doesn't like the guy's lifestyle. When she gets eventually convinced by her partner, Brian won't accept to help them. Luckily, he will change his mind.

Emmett and Ted offer their help to Debbie, whose sexual life seems to be a little rusty. The two friends give her a proper class to refresh her knowledge of oral sex and she will definitely be successful. However, Carl's appreciation makes her feel so uneasy (and not exactly respectable) and angry that she doesn't want to see him anymore. Ted and Emmet will have to sort things out again.

Ben finds out that his ex Paul has died because of HIV. He feels guilty for not visiting him very often. He is also "angry" because he did not pay too much attention to his health. Despite Michael's attempt to console him, Ben starts being obsessed with his good shape and taking supplements without letting anyone know ...

The Carnival organised by Brian turns out to be rather "out of the ordinary" and full of which fill Mel, Linz and the committee with indignation. However, it is also a big success in terms of money.

Justin feels uneasy with Ethan and his friends and finds some excuse to leave. Before going home, pops in at the Carnival where he bumps into Brian and has a little chat with him.

Mel is so furious with Brian that she doesn't want him to be her baby's father anymore. The girl thinks he is unreliable and that he can get them into trouble.
